Financial Accounting Services is a full service tax and financial planning firm. Our roots trace back to 1995 when our doors opened in the Temecula Valley. Now, 21 years later we are proud to say we have grown into an innovative, trusted firm specializing in tax compliance, wealth management, and wealth protection. Our team includes four Enrolled Agents, two Certified Tax Coaches and Steve Pollock, and Sean Storck are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals all trained to give you the best advice possible when it comes to your finances.

Fred Karma, EA, CTM, MBA
Mr. Fred Karma is the founder of Financial Accounting Services. He has been in business since 1986. He focuses on tax planning and helping small to mid-size business owners. Mr. Karma holds a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Management & Accounting.
To keep up with the changes, Fred is a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Accountants, and a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor®. Fred is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the IRS. Mr. Karma resides in Temecula, California with his wife and 3 children.
Director of Operations
Mrs. Vicky Assadourian is the Director of Operations at Financial Accounting Services. She has been with the firm since 2008. She assists Fred and Nicole with preparing necessary documentation, along with assisting client needs among other critical roles throughout the office. She also assists the administrative team with their day to day operations. Vicky is a Certified Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) and a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor®.
Vicky currently resides in Menifee, California with her husband and two sons.
Director of Payroll and Bookkeeping Operations
Mrs. Brittany Lopez is the Director of Payroll and Bookkeeping Operations at Financial Accounting Services. She has been with the firm since 2016. Brittany is responsible for payroll administration, implementations, and payroll reporting. She is also responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annually bookkeeping and reconciliations for individuals and businesses. She also assists clients with their tax needs along with assisting the administrative team with their daily tasks. She has her Bachelor of Art in Criminology and Justice Studies.
Brittany currently resides in Menifee, California with her husband and son.
Evelyn Medrano focuses on corporate and personal tax returns. She works directly with Fred and assists him with preparing tax returns for his clients. Evelyn has been part of the FAS family for three years.
She resides in Perris, California with her husband and two children, originally from Long Beach, California.
